Firmdale Seeks Location For Mayfair Hotel

CatererSearch.com has reported that hotel company Firmdale is seeking a location in Mayfair for a new hotel. The website quotes owner and chairman, Tim Kemp, as saying:

We are looking for a development site in Mayfair which has luxury hotel potential. The site should be between 50,000 and 100,000sq ft and be freehold or long leasehold.

Firmdale currently seven hotels in central London, in locations like Soho, The Haymarket, Covent Garden and Kensington.
